Phased Messaging Highlight
In an effort to promote a full line of products for carotid artery procedures, I led a team of channel experts through launch planning and execution. The project started earlier than the product approvals were obtained, so I developed a phased approach to messaging which spanned approximately two years. Each phase utilized different channels to send messages based on data and market release timing for each individual product.
