Online Sales Tool Highlight
After writing a business plan and gaining leadership support, I developed Clinical InSite™ Online Tool, a Web site for Boston Scientific sales reps. The premise was to give them a better tool than individual product brochures for selling the full line. Some of the features were an email function and an online product database.
This project called for a unified effort between several division-level functions, the corporate e-marketing function and outside vendors. For example, we created a data transfer process from an Access database managed by one team to an Oracle database managed by another. My vendors, Evantage Consulting and Antidote X, were terrific partners on this project. Antidote X highlighted this project in their case studies.
